Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
We work weekends and after-hours when it’s a true emergency. We don’t advertise 24/7 we can’t sustainably staff. We’d rather give our techs their weekends with their families and answer the phone honestly when something’s actually broken.
